Early this morning, we were struck by a shocking and sad news the death of Bukit Gelugor MP, Karpal Singh. He was involved in car fatal accident area Gua Tempurung on his way to Penang.
May the soul rest in peace. God bless him.
However, the other side of this particular issue was taken for granted by certain individual or group of people.
Perceptions, theories, judgmental on why the accident was happened, the so-called-expert relate the tragedy with what he has done or said when he was alive.
The big question here is, do you really know what is actually happened? Is it true the accident happened is because of he’s not supporting the Hudud implementation?
Are we lost our sense of respect, humanity and responsibility? Simply put yourself into his family shoes, what do you feel when people are about to step on your ones body?
Only He knows the truth. I believed those people who hold and have their own faith believe, there is no truth except Him. God knows everything. So pray to him.
Nowadays, certain people were very eager and excited to be informal “expert” commentary or theorist, EVEN they know it might trigger bad atmosphere to those who listen or read the issue.
Why? Why we should be? Do we benefited when we ASSUME, PERCEIVE, JUDGING WITHOUT EVIDENCE? DO WE?
We, society should be more wise, responsible and realist. Be realist. We are free to think, to talk, to write, to do but it has a limit.
Sensitivity, respect, value, integrity, remarkably we are Malaysian. Foreigner, or even the world knows that Malaysians is the most country that rich with moral values.
Instead, faith that we hold regardless Islam, Buddhist, Hindu, Christian and etc teach us the utmost moral values. Our fundamental of living.
If you against his political ideology, yet at least give some mercy to respect. Be human. You let hatred on his ideology controls you, suppose you own self-control over your emotion and mind.
This case also same goes to the tragedy of MH370. Too much perception, assumption, theories until it complicate the communication between government, affected families and the public.
With opposition blaming government incompetent handling the crisis, conspiracy, hiding the truth, and etc. Somewhat opposition became the parasite with bombarding society with bad perception.
If you desperately need information of certain tragedy or issue you should widen your reading. If you read HarakahDaily, KeadilanDaily, MalaysiaInsider, then you should read Utusan Malaysia, Berita Harian, NST, The Star being balance and put an issue into perspectives.
We want to build better nation, better living, better society for better future. If you want to see what will be in the future, today is the measurement of future. We, society, given options to live either to live within civilize society or living within bad surrounding and contribute bad and negative generations. Think before you talk!
‘The wisest man is he who can account for his actions” -Saidina Umar Al-Khattab-
My condolences goes to the late Karpal Singh’s family. May the soul rest in peace.
