THE MS. POLITICIAN WANNA BE VS. THE PRINCESS OF REFORMATION

Dyana Sofya somewhat the new comer in political scene when Lim Kit Siang nominated her to be candidate in Teluk Intan May 31, 2014 election. What I could see here, another young lady that been appointed to uphold PR so-called rhyme of reformation. After Nurul Izzah, which is well known as the Princess of Reformation.

So, this two ladies are those potential young generation that will enhance PR’s ideology. The front and genius politicians, Nurul Izzah and Ms. Politician Wanna Be, Dyana Soyfa. Such a wonderful combination.

However, the nomination of Dyana Sofya somewhat does not welcome in a good way by Nurul Izzah. INCOMPETENT, NOT BRILLIANT, APPLE POLISHER and might be a tea lady if she is part of PKR, a reaction given by Nurul Izzah. Besides, she is a Kit Siang’s protégé that Izzah claimed as a person with UMNO-DNA yet beauty with no brain.

Well, to be frank between Izzah and Dyana, Izzah is pretty much brilliant and occupied with wide experiences in politics and level of education is way better from Dyana. Poor Dyana. A leader that uphold the same ideology that should remarking her arrival on political scene yet criticizing her potential and ability to be a politician.

Most of PKR’s staff clueless when she pointed out such judgment towards Dyana. She was known to not criticizing any candidates in PR. But, what made Izzah pointed such statement?

Perhaps, Dyana is a bane of Izzah’s life. Izzah felt threatened and challenged with Dyana existence. Nurul Izzah aware on publicity that will be giving a lot to Dyana in Teluk Intan and more PKR and PAS leader will be mingling with her. Somewhat, it trigger envious of Izzah on Dyana.

Well, it is creating of MS. POLITICIAN WANNA BE VERSUS THE PRINCESS OF REFORMATION, between Izzah and Dyana. Izzah’s throne as Princess of Reformation might fall into Dyana sooner or later IF BN candidate, Mah Siew Kong defeated. But, these judgment is totally terrible. How Izzah really care to point out such judgement to her own so-called ‘sister’ in political scene, in the same ‘political family’?

So, is it because of hatred, threatened and envious on Dyana, Izzah is neglecting Teluk Intan’s campaign or precisely she is not interested at all to join the campaign, which I have been told by one of Lembah Pantai PKR official and staff.

She is more interested and focus on Free Anwar Campaign (FAC) and providing facility for the campaign. It is more obvious when, she decline to be part of this campaign yet recently she is putting her heart and soul towards this particular campaign.

She is busy in meeting with several foreign representative in Kuala Lumpur while during that time Teluk Intan was in the middle of nomination for election. Money is prettier than that damn Ms. Politician Wanna Be.

FAC is all about money and foreign funding. She knows how much money she would gain if foreign investor transferring money into the account.

Seems Izzah is pretty much brilliant than before when she is more strategizing her movement by using dormant companies as an undercover account of FAC. Previous experience that she has being associated with money laundering gave her a lesson to learn.
Well, back to the story of Nurul Izzah and Dyana. In comparison between this two ladies, UMNO-DNA could clearly be see that Izzah is dominant in this matter. Because, for years she was pampered and raised in the roots and blood of UMNO. Merit and ability should not be an issue that trigger for Izzah. She was indulging luxuries because of her father.

If not… !

Nurul izzah was forced to be in Teluk Intan by Anwar Ibrahim. Anwar wants Nurul Izzah giving her support to Dyana. She will be there. Yet deep inside her heart, she refuse, because Dyana is just at the level of political whore.

**URBAN GOVERNANCE:****'Heartware' is as important as hardware**

**URBAN GOVERNANCE:****'Heartware' is as important as hardware**

For some, lunch hour is best spent working rather than queuing to find a
parking spot. Driving back home is equally challenging.

For those staying outside the city centre, their evening commute after
work is distressingly slow. And it is getting slower by the day.

For most, the longer trip times are an unavoidable fact of life. Such a
sense of crowding is, however, shaped by our experience on the roads.
But is Kuala Lumpur really that crowded, physically?

In 2012, Southeast Asia's megacities of Jakarta and Manila clocked a
whopping population of 26 million and 22 million, respectively. By far,
the world's densest urban areas are on the Indian subcontinent. Dhaka's
density is 44,400 people per square kilometre.

By comparison, the Kuala Lumpur region last year has an estimated
population of 7.58 million with an urban density of 3,400 per square
kilometre.

It seems from these figures Malaysians have very little reason to
complain about crowding; apart from the increasing density of cars on
our roads, that is. The growing sense of crowding may also be
psychological since we are new to the phenomenon.

Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak were only sparsely populated
before the colonial intervention.

In contrast, the flood plains of Thailand and Myanmar, or the fertile
volcanic soils of Java, have gradually developed a substantial
population density since earlier periods.

The population of Malaysia multiplied in the order of 11 times over the
past 110 years. Most nations in Southeast Asia recorded only around
seven times multiplication.

Kuala Lumpur in particular has experienced strong growth since the last
century.

Its residents more than doubled by the 1980s from a mere 900,000
population in 1950.

With more economic opportunities in the following three decades, the
population in Kuala Lumpur's core and suburbs in 2010 had tripled from
its 1980s level.

By 2030, it is estimated that Kuala Lumpur will be home to anywhere from
8.7 to 10 million people.

Do we have the right state of mind to live side-by-side with 10 million
people?

Some signs suggest that the city dwellers have yet to develop sufficient
adaptation capacities to live in a high-density environment.

One example is the public nuisance of double-parking in the city and its
suburbs.

Few things get the blood boiling than being blocked by a car without a
driver in it. It has gotten to the point of people double-parking in
front of empty spaces to avoid getting parked in. While most of us

suffer the scourge of double-parkers in frustrated silence, others have
resorted to aggressive behaviour.

While charting the way forward for realising the investments in the
Greater Kuala Lumpur, we must be mindful of the pathology of
high-density living.

The impact of crowding on social behaviour needs better understanding.

In many dense cities, social life of a population is disintegrated and
replaced by maladies such as increased anxiety, mental disorder, family
break-ups, crime and violence. A balanced approach involves
complementing infrastructure or "hardware" improvements with the
cultivation of collective ethics or "heartware".

High urban density is tolerable only if civility and regulations mediate
social relations in the city. Managing common resources, such as
streets, parks and rivers, requires manners that maximise the gain for
all and not individuals.

The polite ways of Japanese motorists, for instance, circumvent the
problem of on-the-road driving anger. Such self-control lubricates the
frictions of urban space.

The alternative is regulation for formal social control of
anti-collective behaviour in crowded urban ecosystems. Many modern
cities, for example, have introduced measures such as drive-time
restriction for cars.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall on its part must also modernise its regulations
to maintain social order in line with the changing times.

This may involve reforming the penalty system for strict compliance with
the law. If we are serious about ensuring Kuala Lumpur's status as a
livable city, we must not shy away from making unpopular decisions where
necessary.

MULE OF DAP....???

Approximately 45 voters are those age more than 100 years old, 38.61 percent voters are Malays, Chinese (41.94 percent) and Indian (19 percent) of Teluk Intan for the upcoming election.

DAP has nominating Dyana Sofya Mohd. Daud to be DAP's representative at Teluk Intan's election, who also a Political Secretary to Lim Kit Siang. Dyana's mother is a former UMNO women member that actively involved at division level. This could be relate to my previous article that mentioned on opposition initiate to take individuals who own UMNO "DNA" and Barisan Nasional that eventually will uphold as their hero within the party.

UMNO and BN are producing talented leaders and politicians for the opposition coalition. However, many of us are accusing and labelling UMNO and BN as cruel and weak.

In this issue, BN social media team unalert and trapped to opposition snare. In DAP; it has similar issue with PKR which there is a group that is pro to Segambut chateau and vice versa.

There are group that is pro to Lim Dynasty and those oppose him. Many of analysts have predicting that Lim's family is not aligned with Ngeh and Nga family in Perak.

Several potential candidates seen as a strong supporter towards Ngeh and Nga family in Perak that they are Political Secretary Nga Kor Ming, Ching Zhen Min and Hee Kuan Yew or known as SUPERMAN.

Lim Dynasty with strategist and RBA predicted to form a strategy to promote Dyana Sofya to be the candidate as she was mirroring as a product of Lim Dynasty.

It has indirectly declining possibility of potential candidate and pure Perak citizens that comes from tradition enemy, Ngeh and Nga family.

They are plaining to search Dyana Sofya's picture that is similar with Philipino celebrity, which is Pauleen Luna and spreads it to BN supporters through RBA.

Eventually, BN supporters that are lack of strategy in social media was trapped on fake Dyana's picture.

During that time, Malaysiakini and RBA page stating that the picture that has been spreaded out was not Dyana Sofya, but Pauleen Luna. But, how the picture could be found immediately if it is not being planned before?

All the media, bloggers, RBA and including The Star reported widely on BN's cruelty with spreading humiliating picture of Dyana Sofya. The technique has directly discredited BN's credibility that accused slandering and attracts sympathy of the people to vote Dyana Sofya.

Seems Lim Dynasty is almost win before the election arrive by against through domestic and outside approach.

Therefore, it is important for BN to aware and be brilliant in countering DAP's tricky game that will give them more benefit whilst BN will be downgraded by the RBA.
