The issue regarding the use
Allah word by the non-Moslem has clearly explain by the Department of Islamic
Development Malaysia. It was concretely supported by facts and deep preferences
on why the non-Moslem were not allowed to use the word Allah. This issue has
lead a tedious situation between Moslem and the non-Moslem in Malaysia
especially at the Borneo archipelago.
It became turbulent since DAP
and PKR interrupted the issues by so-called “protecting” the interest of
Christians in Sabah and Sarawak. Absolutely the Sabahan and Sarawakian need no
necessary act of both parties to so-called protecting their interest because
they are protected. The three points below well describe on the allegation:
“Firstly, under Federal Government’s ten points solution, non-Moslem in
Sabah and Sarawak has the
right to use “Allah”. Secondly, Sabah and Sarawak has the 18/20 points
agreement when they
joined with Malaysia.HOWEVER, at the
Point 1 of this agreement says that clearly that WHILE THERE WAS NO OBJECTION
TO ISLAM BEING THE NATIONAL RELIGION OF MALAYSIA, THERE SHOULD BE NO STATE
RELIGION IN NORTH BORNEO, AND THE PROVISIONS RELATING TO ISLAM IN THE PRESENT
CONSTITUTION OF MALAYA SHOULD NOT APPLY TO NORTH BORNEO. Thirdly, there is a court ruling in Malaysia
that has ruled that non-Moslems in Malaysia
(specifically peninsular Malaysia) that said that non-Moslems cannot use the
“Allah” word.”
However those allegations
above should be revoked if DAP and PKR willing to agree and implement these
agreement as below;
a)
Make PAS to agree in writing that non-Moslems
can use “Allah” in peninsular Malaysia. PAS has clearly made stand on this
issues that all religions should respect the constitution which has gazetted
Islam as the religion of the state. Source: http://www.sinarharian.com.my/nasional/kalimah-allah-keputusan-majlis-syura-muktamad-1.124545
b)
The power of two-third majorities in Penang and
Selangor shall be used by DAP and PKR to abolish the state laws prohibiting the
use of “Allah” in these two states. The laws are referring on the Selangor
Non-Islamic Religions (Control of Propagation Among Muslims) Enactment 1988,
and Penang Islamic Religious Administration Enactment 2004 where the issues
involved on Penang Mufti decisions prohibiting the non-Moslem to write
approximately 40 words to be published in 2010 State Gazette and hence be
enforced on April 29, 2010. Source: http://www2.nst.com.my/nation/general/penang-mufti-outlaws-40-words-to-non-muslims-1.459685
As a usual result, Lim Guan
Eng remain silent on this particular issue even the late Karpal Singh did
asking the Chief Minister of Penang to implement the two points mentioned
above. And yet come to the screen the rakyat
fighter, Anwar Ibrahim replied on the awkward silent of Lim Guan Eng by
making a statement that the enactment, including the usage of the word “Allah”,
has never been a problem.
Yet again, the use of “Kalimah
Allah” will not be exempted even IF the Federal Courts over-turned the word ban
nationwide, since the states (Kelantan, Penang and Selangor) laws forbid it. Sooner
or later hypocrisies will damage you entirely when the truth prevail. Look
after your state before interrupting on others businesses.
